Guest guest
Okay, so yesterday morning I got out of the shower and noticed that I had a rash on my belly/chest area. Which was odd. Since then it has proceeded to spread up my neck, down to the bottom of where my panties cover in the front, and my entire back in the same areas, and is now working it's way towards my armpits and over my shoulders. I think maybe a couple bumps on my upper thighs, but I'm not positive. I have NO idea where it's come from, I only know that it itches like CRAZY and it's driving me nuts. I've gone over the usual list of suspects. It's obviously not bites of some kind, because there's not a pattern/line/clusters that would normally be with it, plus no one else is getting bitten, so it's rules out fleas ( would be bitten too, as they'd be off of Chester, who also sleeps with ), or spider bites (and I've been bitten by those suckers so many times, I know what that looks like). I don't wear perfume because of my migraines, am not using new soap, or laundry soap, or anything else that's touching my skin. My chiropractor used a new stuff on my back, on Thursday, but that was on my back ONLY, and this rash showed up first on my front, then spread to my back. I've got no fever or anything to indicate it would be something viral. Which is always a concern, because of . I'd hate to have him catching something if it was. HELP!!! Guest guest
Hi Amy; Sorry to hear about you itchy rash. Can I suggest visiting this site: Skin Rashes and Other Changes http://familydoctor.org/online/famdocen/home/tools/symptom/545.html which has a chart which may help you diagnose the possible cause(s), or narrow it down to one or two possibilities. I hope that it clears up quickly for you. Best regards, Dave R.
Guest guest
My skin broke out in little red spots where I scratched my self when my LFTs were high. So, for me, the spots were the result of itching, not the cause of the itching. Itching is misterable. hope you get it figured out.
