Guest guest
Larry (former E-5) served four-plus years in the U.S. Army with overseas tours as a Broadcast Journalist at AFKN HQ, Seoul, Korea and AFN Lajes Field, The Azores, Portugal and a stateside tour as a Broadcast Journalism Instructor at the Defense Information School (DINFOS). Larry was decorated four times including the Joint Service Commendation Medal with Oak Leaf Cluster. He was awarded DOD's First Place Jefferson Award for Excellence in Journalism. After the Army, Larry went back to radio news, working in Indianapolis as a News Anchor on WIFE Radio and then in New York City as a News Anchor on WNBC Radio. He receives VA compensation for a service-connected disability and uses the Portland, Oregon/Vancouver, Washington VA facilities for healthcare. To contact Larry email larrys@... Take a look at http://vawatchdog.org/ athan, Hundreds and hundreds of articles posted to vawatchdog.org by Larry who is an experienced journalist and prior news anchor at WNBC. I read it every day and I have never heard of anyone complaining about copyright infringment. If they did Larry would have posted about it. At the very bottom of the web sites home page is a paragraph about copyright. He is a very respected journalist and has helped me numerous times including adding several articles that had to do with the base I was stationed at. My situation on the base was mentioned in the articles. I find him to be very very honest and straightforward. Also dont you think his site would have been wiped out by now if there was a major infringment problem?...he only posts articles...every day...the full article and the link to the original URL. Iam sure someone will contact Yahoos copyright department if they have not already. Yahoo would have taken action years ago if there was a problem...they do monitor our groups all the time..
