After Summer Social Skills Camp BIG THANKS!!

Hello,

I wanted to thank everyone involved in our very successful and amazingly fun two week After Summer Social Skills Camp! We had such a good time! Thank you to all the parents and teens that participated in our camp, it was truly a pleasure to have you involved in such a rewarding expirience. The kids worked hard and definatly played hard too! It was great to see the changes and improvements in such a short period of time. Parents, we appreciate all the support and your consistancy to make this happen. We look forward to having you back for more...! We would like to thank all the community members as well that allowed us to tour and learn and practice life skills in the community.

GIVING THANKS TO:

* Vince from Hollywood Publix for the lessons about team work, the in depth tour and the goodies that followed, they LOVED the cake!

* Barbara from Crossroads Food Bank for the tour of your organization, we appriciate all that you do for the community and were glad we could help. You impacted us all with your genorous time and taught the teens how they can give back in their community. So great!

* Lutenent Mike and his team from Hollywood Fire and Rescue Station #74. We were reminded how important it is to always practice safety plans for kids of all ages and stages of develoment. Thank you for the amazing tour of your station, the trucks and also for the special, unexpected treats after.

* Atlantis Academy in Coral Springs for allowing us to visit your camp and be a part of the activities at 'Happenings' Candy Store. We all learned self dicapline, when we had to listen, show patience and follow directions when CHOCOLATE was the distrction!!

* Jamba Juice in Ft. Lauderdale on Federal Hwy. We really enjoyed the presentation about the importance of learning how to work as a team, the significance of education and applying it to their occupasional interest. The smoothies were great, it beats ice cream any day!!

* The Dolphin football training camp. They loved the activites they were involved in!! The positive message was impacting, as the teens recited what it means to be a Dol-Fit-Kid!

Thank you to everyone that was involved in making this a success! We look forward to more activites like this to come in the near future.
