Just hang in there , we all get days and weeks like that. Don't push

yourself so hard either. Wish I could afford maid service. Just try and think

positive and get into the group as much as possible. It certainly helped who

was at the edge of suicide and the group saved my life. We are a loving caring

family and very understanding.
