Guest guest
Well guys it been an interesting week. I wanted to let you know I will be leaving the groups tonight. My sons girlfriend lost the baby so we are having a bit of a tough time right now. I want to thank Kristy and for letting me be a part of these groups. I have been here and watched it grow and made many friends. Thank you again for the experience of being a moderator. I apparently failed in trying to get the group to calm down the last few days. and have apparently stabbed people in the back. But do not flatter yourself in thinking the main reason I am leaving is you. All I ever wanted is for you to get well and feel better. But I still will not hold a grudge and wish you the best of everything. Think what you will of me. Debbie J it is my turn to be childish. I even spelled your name right. I have never received any of your so called emails. They were not in my spam or anywhere else. You have won the battle. You have this group so wrapped around your little finger its sad. But I warn you alot of them are getting wise to you. Your bitterness and your selfishness will turn around on you one of these days. It was always poor Debbie if no one would pay attention to you. And your snide remarks to people when topics were being discussed that were important to them but not you. You are selfish and bitter and I hope you can get some help. To the newbies in the groups please give these groups a chance because there are really some great people in these groups. Alot of them I feel I can call them friends. Someone will be there for you pretty much anytime you are in need of anything. To the people I have learned to call my second family. to the people in the groups that have been there as long or longer than me. Thank you for letting me into your lives. I tried to help the Group as much as possible and hope that I did contribute something and in the meantime made friends. I am tired and sad and it is time for me to go. I loved being a moderator but it made me forget that I was also hurting and sick most of the time while helping others. I did not like to talk about my issues as they seemed unimportant compared to some. Especially when someone was hurting either from the Fibro or from life in general. Being a moderator and having Fibro yourself can take alot out of a person. I was not taking care of myself and now I need to . Especially after this week! Everyone take care of yourselves and be more compassionate when someone is having a bad day or if something is said that you do not agree with. If I have hurt anyone else in any way I apologize I did not mean to. Thank you, Lori Hammer --------------------------------- Be a better friend, newshound, and know-it-all with Yahoo! Mobile. Guest guest
Lori, Know you will be missed and I appriciate all the hard work you have done on the train. Your job was a hard one especially with people whe are often lonely or depressed. I understand because when I was a director ber the fibro got so bad I couldn't work, I had a wonderful teAm. They were a cohesive time when those we supported were in crisis but when things ere going well they would bicker and I wound work harder until a new crisis occurred. I found that some people just need crisises in their lives. I hope you are doing what is best for you and both you and your family will remain in my prayers. I have had to live with miscarrigaes of grandchildren and others in my life as wseel. Find your way to peace. JudyMer ---- Lori Hammer wrote: > Well guys it been an interesting week.
