Guest guest
I have been having my own personal problems lately-ongoing computer problems, including, but certainly not only, a dead keyboard (I am currently using a temp, awful keyboard), a total crash where everything had to be unloaded and reloaded multiple times, 24 hour horrific anxiety attacks-etc. I mention this only so you understand that I have been trying to keep up with the posts but not able to completely. Often even if I see the need for an admin reply I haven't been able to. I have gotten the gist loud and clear, however. This folks has got to stop! the owner, another mod from a sister group and others have asked you repeatedly to put a stop to this and yet it continues. What is going on here????? Does anyone realize how many have quit this group just this week alone????!!! I realize that every couple of months we go through a spell where this sort of thing happens, but this is far worse the usual. The fact that you will not stop it especially when told to a number of times by admin and others is unbelievable. Are we dealing with adults here or middle schoolers? The admin don't feel well anymore than the rest of you. I've about had it and I think others are feeling the same way. Personally, I want to thank you all for contributing to my anxiety! THIS WILL STOP NOW!!!!!!!!!!! Next step is to begin taking drastic measures! If it means putting everyone on moderation, I will do it. More work but perhaps easier in the long run. Lastly-do not put people down because they may not be as sick as you are. We all know that Fibro ebbs and flows. Besides that Fibro progresses at a different rate person to person. Everyone of us, though we may have similarities, are also very different one from another. How can you tell someone they aren't sick enough, or have enough pain or whatever? This group is supposed to be a " support " group. Support. Lifting another up and encouraging them, not tearing them down. You are all intelligent people. I expect better from here on out. ~Jennie, Mod for FSG **************Ideas to please picky eaters. Watch video on AOL Living. Guest guest
Thank you Jennie!! I do know how difficult it is to moderate and own a group. We do tend to put our own pain aside in order to have these groups available to those in pain. I want to thank all of the administrative staff of this group for the wonderful, hard work!! Guest guest
I second that. Tysm Jennie. It makes me sad that others have left over this nonsense. I am glad it is gonna end now. Guest guest
Jennie, Sorry you have had so any problems lately - it must be difficult to add being a moderator also. You are doing a great job, please don't get discouraged.
