Just wanted to point out that St. 's Wort is an herbal supplement. Many of

our prescription drugs are made from herbs, but they are regulated and tested.

The FDA knows exactly how much of each ingredient is in each pill. Herbal

supplements are not regulated, so depending on what brand you buy, or how many

mg. the dosage, your reaction/benefit to the herb will vary greatly. It is best

to use a well-known source for purchasing that will hopefully clearly explain on

the label just how much of the herb you are getting and what the warnings are.
