Guest guest
How about trying a 24 hour Walgreens at a time when it's not busy...off hours - late a night or early in the morning... I need to make passaport pictures for my son, hes is 11 and has autism. We try a regular studio last week but it did not work well, many distraction and very busy place. My mother is very sick over seas and We need to go there to see her. Does anybody can recommend a special needs photographer?Thank you all. Guest guest
Though not for special needs, many Walgreens take passport pictures and they are relatively quick and painless! Guest guest
Hi, I don't know what kind of studio you went to, but I have used both Walgreens and CVS and although they may be busy at times, there's no " prepping " and you're in the middle of the store (meaning it's nothing special) and you're in and out in 5 minutes. I would give them a try. Something I've done before is stay behind the backdrop and hold my son. I know it sounds odd but it was enough for him to calm down. Good luck! Guest guest
I don't know about a private photographer, but we took our own passport photos at home following the specifications on the passport site. You need to be able to crop and have the right exposure, etc [see links below]. If you or a friend can do this, and he lets you take photos at home, that might be an option. http://travel.state.gov/passport/guide/guide_2081.html http://travel.state.gov/passport/guide/composition/composition_874.html We took our daughter to the Coral Springs City Hall in the Mall for her passport photo. [Coral Square Mall]. The photo was fair, but it worked. They were nice & quick. http://www.coralsprings.org/CHM/PassportServices.cfm Many CVS photo departments take passport photos, as well as some photo supply stores. This gives you some different options to consider. Good luck. I need to make passaport pictures for my son, hes is 11 and has autism. Guest guest
When I had my daughters done all walgreens used was a digital camera, white background and printed the picture in the appropriate size. You can probably do it easier yourself. I wish I would have.Good Luck!!!Sent from my iPhone I need to make passaport pictures for my son, hes is 11 and has autism.
