Guest guest
Hi, This seemed like the perfect opportunity to introduce "The Ke' Project" a nonprofit organization that believes in the GFCF diet whole heartedly. So much so that the organization provides GFCF cooking classes, customized GFCF menus and recipes, GFCF grocery help and sponsorship programs. Check it out at www.thekeseanproject.org ! They are also having their very first event "Let's strike Out Autism" Bowl-a-Thon at Strikers in Lauderhill Fl. Great opportunity to meet them. If you have a child on the GFCF diet they would love to meet you and hear your story!Savannah
Guest guest
We have been gluten free for almost two years. There is no "cure" for autism but this is definetely a much better diet than eating Mac's 24 hours a day. At least now our son eats more "normal" food. I just discovered gluten free rice crispies in Publix, which he loves. Ari's main behaviours did not change dramatically-however, he used to look "stoned" and now he looks more like everyone else, which I think is worth the effort. We are not finatics, but for the most part we stick to the diet. Sandy
