Guest guest
Yes. That was me:) I usually post the information on the Mason's free dental, a couple times a year, for new people that may not know of their service to us. Here is the info: Supreme Council Grottoes of North America Humanitarian Foundation Dental Care for Children with Special Needs 430 Beecher Road Gahanna, Ohio, 43230-1797 You will need to request an application for your child. The Mason's will require that you send in an official diagnosis from your child's pediatrician and/ or child psychologist. The Mason's will provide free dental, until your child turns 18. It's a great deal. You do not need to be 'needy'. There are no fianancial requirements. Guest guest
Sara, Just saw your post regarding the mason's free dental is there a phone number that we can call to request an application Or do we need to submit request with diagnosis from pediatrician? How do you go about finding a dental provider? To: sList Sent: Thu, September 9, 2010 7:04:05 PMSubject: Re: Dentist Yes. Guest guest
I don't have their number (but you can probably google it). You can get the application by writing to the address that I posted. The application will ask you to provide documentation of your child's disability. Make sure to send that in, along with your application. Once accepted, they will provide you with a list of dentists in your area, that accept the Mason's donation. All of the local pediatric dentists in our area accept the Mason's $$. It's better than dental insurance.
