Guest guest
Angie, I would LOVE to be able to go back to therapy - I've been there a few times over the years and it has helped me tremendously. I have been thinking about going again due to all the depression but I'm not sure if my insurance would cover it. Seems like all we do is pay for the insurance and they don't seem to pay for anything - which bites. That's always a hard part for me too - letting go of things that I can't control. I'm glad your counselors are helping you and that it's working for you - that's really good to here. Teri (central WI) Re: Re: Stress Test/Mine is a 195 Darlene, No offense taken. My life has been a suckfest the past 6 months with no signs of improvement. However, I have been working on dealing with the stress so that it doesn't kill me. I have made some great strides. Alot has been seeing 2 counselors. They tell me I'm entitled to feel angry, sad, whatever; and that helps a lot. Plus they are really working on me having time for myself; and to let go of what I can't control. I have just started going and it has helped me soooooo much.
