Debra, you sound like me. It's 4:45 here in Ca, so it would be about 6:45

for you. The baby came down sick and so did Demian and God knows where it

came from...either them eating out or Demian caught it from work, but of course

I have it now. Instead of drinking Nyquil, I took the gel caps. I'm here if

you would like to chat, because I can't sleep right now.

Any other time I am asleep at this time. Not now. I have caught a chest cold

and sinus problem probably from work. I really felt I could sleep deeply the

last two nights, but the cough keeps me awake. I just swallowed some of that

lovely tasting crap Nyquil. YUCK. It is almost not worth it because it makes

me want to puke. Anyway, I am on the pc now.

Made up with my sister yesterday and will have her over for supper today. But

I am so damn sick with fibro and coughing...... I guess I will cook or get the

d/h to do it. Does not have to be fancy anyway.

Well, take care. I am going to read some posts for a while now.

Good Morning Debra! I was sick with that stuff a couple of weeks ago and my

congestion is still with me to some small extent. Still have to blow my nose

from time to time, but I feel your pain!! Hope it gets better for you.

I don't know what happened with you and your sister. I haven't posted in a

long time so I am not up to date on anything but I am glad you made up. I have

learned on precious thing since I have been sick this past year is that my

sisters and brother are very precious and you have to make time for each other.

Our parents are gone now and all we have is each other.

I hope by now you have gotten some relief from the coughing!

I know that I'm allergic to everything so my doc has me on tessalon

pearls for cough. Have you tried any of the Mucinex (OTC) products?

They seem to work well for congestion and I believe there is one that

is for cough and cold. Just a thought. Too much coughing might bring

on a flare.

As for dinner tonight with your sister - fantastic news! What about

a pot of homemade spaghetti sauce? Just toss it all into the

crockpot, maybe brown some meat vs meatballs and make a salad and

have DH buy some texas toast and a dessert and viola! Nice dinner

with little fuss! You need some REST so you don't go into major

flare on us!

So sorry you are sick. I use the Nyquil liquigels. Try 'em, they're much

better. Hope you have a nice visit with your sister.
