Guest guest
Hi ; Here's an article on gallbladder disease in PSC. There does seem to be a high incidence of gallbladder abnormalities in PSC! Brandt DJ, MacCarty RL, Charboneau JW, LaRusso NF, Wiesner RH, Ludwig J 1988 Gallbladder disease in patients with primary sclerosing cholangitis. AJR Am. J. Roentgenol. 150: 571-574. http://www.ajronline.org/cgi/reprint/150/3/571 Best regards, Dave R. > I looked through all the paper, and I realized something. I had my gallbladder out in 2000. The op report said that it was severely sclerosed. My liver enzymes were normal at that time, and had been for the 3-4 months prior to the surgery. My sad looking gallbladder, was that an effect of the damage of the PSC?
