Guest guest
I miss my sister. we have not spoken since Thanksgiving and that was the first time in years. Last time I saw he was 9 yrs ago. When my nephew was born. She is married to an abuser also and cannot talk on the phone much, cause he stands right there next to her. He is also abusing illegal drugs. I only wish her and I could fix our relationship. Same with my brother. It had been many years since we have talked too. I miss my family alot. They are in WA state. Some days we can deal with looking at the 'puter and quite frankly, some days, we cannot! I am glad you and your sister are working on rebuilding a relationship. Life is honestly too darned short to keep family at a distance (unless they were so incredibly toxic that it would be harmful to bring them back into the plate, so to speak). It's none of my business what caused the fracture, but perhaps you guys can take a little time and explore that from the adult side of life, see it for whatever it truly was, not what it possibly represented then, forgive and move on into a healthy adult sister relationship! I count my little sister among my closest friends and I know I'm there for her too! (((Hugs))) Darlene > > I am glad you and sis are able to reconnect. Maybe it will be a blessing to you both. Sorry you are so exhausted, but I understand. hang in there girl. Can't get any worse, lol > Hugs, > 1. While it is wonderful to share our experiences with everyone on the list as to what treatments do and don't work for us, pls always check with your dr. Some treatments are dangerous when given along with other meds as well as to certain health conditions or just dangerous in general. 2. If you are in a difficult situation (doesn't matter what it is) pls don't be afraid to ask for help. It is the first step to trying to make that situation better. 3. To unsubscribe the e-mail is: Fibromyalgia_Support_Group-unsubscribe 4. Also, it is not uncommon for more than one member to be feeling bad at the same time when it comes to flares and b/c of that potentially take something another member says the wrong way. And that includes the things that one member may find funny (even if it's laughing at fibro itself) even though we who deal with illness whether one such as fibro or multiple illnesses try to keep a sense of humor. 5. Pls let's be gentle with each other, and if you are having a bad day pls let us know so that we can do our best to offer our support. Have a nice day everyone. Guest guest
(((())))) All you can do is be ready if and when your sister ever decides she has to " go " . Its sad but true because you don't need that level of toxicity in your life, especially not with the monster we have crawling around!
