They had low cal menu items that were 600 calories or less, Low Fat items that were 15 grams or less, and low carb items. I had the ham egg scramble (egg beaters) with 2 pancakes. It came with Promise Margarine and Sugar Free syrup. Tasted great. It doesn't list exactly how many calories but it was better then the regular menu. Just wanted to pass along the info. Guest guest
Hi I am new here...I started weight watchers last September.I has lost 20 pounds until Katrina hit and we had to run from her path.We are slowly getting our lives back to normal and that means I wanting to get back to eating right. If I never see a restaurant aging that will be fine with me...I have no where to go back to meeting since I am relocate in the country now.We still live in Louisina but up north enough not to worry about every storm that can come by..We need to sell our old house and have plans to update this new one here....I seen some of your post and really think this will be a great for me to be in here.Hope to get to know you guys real soon.
