Guest guest
I just love my guy, same here, and since this breed is new to us, pretty much always had big dogs, if it wasn't for taco, I would be quite alone since my husband is gone alot with his job, and when not feeling well Taco always finds something to do to get me smiling, or just loving him so much! They are so darn cute, lovable and smart. I say you are so lucky to be able to have that many. I think we may get 1 more. This fibro madness did not come on with such confinement though till after I got him, last May.I am hoping it is just the harsh winter we are having, and if so I think I will spend next winter out in Ca. again! Take Care and fun with your babies! I also joined the chi group so enjoy looking at all the different pic's and reading the fun stuff about them. Hugs JJ Re: Sharon Tiger works wonders It is the best out there, when I get them non of the icy hots, colds etc. work, my brother turned me onto this and that tiny can is mighty powerfull.....Hope it does it's job for you. it does for lots others also. A little bit goes a long way Sharon rote: Tiger balm???? Ok do tell! I know nothing about that and I get the muscle aches. Will it help for that?? sharon studley wrote: I don't know if you have tiger balm on hand but this is the best for muscle pain rub. I also know with St. 's wart you have to be VERY carefull, even though it is a vitaman I don't know if you have read up on it,but can be very harmful. It did not work for you though so you don't have to worry. I had been on a vitaman cocktail I was set up on out in Ca., it didn't work but kept taking hoping it would kick-in, some day, the Chiro, who I also saw, even though I hated being cracked, and he believed I had to, I preferred and would still do accupuncture if insurance would pay for the amt of times I need to go, but after 1st TX I felt like I was someone else, no pain, more alert, had it all gone!, but since I have been back here to the East coast and found this great Rheumie, and she is good, she took me off the cocktail, she said she does not believe in cocktails unless it comes in a glass with ice. LOL and as she said if I was still having flares, I am better without them as have to be carefull with this disease and mix of them also. Well enough said, just keep trying new things, swimming is good if you can get to a pool, my mom swears by it she has access to pool, I am way up here in Quaint town of Maine and nothing within short drive for me. Also alot of rest when needed, I learned that after way to long of not giving in to it. Have a pain free day I hope. I take maginiesm faithfully to help with the leg cramps. and an item call restless leg found at some phar. in with the natural type viatamins etc. thank wrote: Melody, For me its anything but drugs. I like to do research and see what can help me thats a dietary supplement. I even took St s Wort 4 years ago for my anxiety after that crazy Effexor episode. I'm not even sure when my FM started, cannot pin point it. I guess when I was diagnosed I was in a flare and thats how they were able to actually diagnose me. I do recall fatigue muscle aches and pains for no reason off and on over the last couple years.Just figured it was my iron levels dropping again. How long did it take for them to diagnose you??? I know that when I seen my doc the week before she diagnosed me,I felt REALLY bad for the last 3-4 weeks. I hurt and I was so tired I could barely keep my eyes open. UGH! How well does the chiro work for you??? I read something about that helping, just didnt know anyone who did it.Well today has been one of my tired days so off to bed I go.Thanks for the support! Melody wrote: I like the way you think . And I know I'm all alone with this one, but I felt worse in the beginning I just didn't know what was wrong with me. I was sure I was dying. I feel better now than I did then. My fibro started in 1995 and the next three years were the worst ever. Then my over all body pain was at its worst in 1999-2002 before I started seeing my chiro on a regular basis. But that's just how my body and fibro seems to respond to what I do to it. wrote: > I am not lucky,it's called a BLESSING. I don't take medication and thats by CHOICE. When I ache,I take tylenol arthritis. My pain is managed by the water areobics and I am blessed to be able to go for free. I have found dietary supplements to help my energy level and will help with my muscle aches when I do have them.Today I'm TIRED and I really needed some more sleep.BUT I need my class! There is no reason for me to be stressed! God takes care of me so why worry and stress??!! No,I don't have to go to the doctor but 1x per month so she can see how I'm doing. If need be I can see her more but for now,I'm ok. No one says things will stay this way for me.FM does progress and I'm just not at a bad point YET. I'm sure when you 1st found outt,it wasn't so bad.Well thats where I am. So yes I am blessed but yes it won't always be this way for me.It just is right now.My IBS is awful, but stress won't make it go away but only make it WORSE. > > >
