The Mailman Center for Child Development is conducting a survey to identify critical issues affecting individuals with neurodevelopmental disabilities in the State of Florida. Your answers will help us to identify the services and supports that professionals and individuals with NDD and their families need from the Mailman Center. Also, we would appreciate your assistance in forwarding this message to others in the organization or other affiliated agencies that provide supports and services to children with special needs and their families. We ask that surveys be completed before September 30, 2010.
