Post Transplant-Bile Duct Complications

My husband is one year post liver transplant. I was his live donor on 10/16/06. His blood work has been good unil about 2 months ago. His ALK Phos (300's), ALT and AST (I think both a little over 50)and Bili (1.5)has been steadily increasing. He had a liver biopsy on Wednesday. They called yesterday and said there are no signs of rejection, but shows signs of scarring. They think he has a bile duct issue. They are going to to a PTC and watch his bile flow for awhile. Has anyone experienced this? Does this mean his PSC could be retuning? Thanks.
