Does a unique aide count as a teachers assistant when figuring the adult to student ratio in a SVE classroom???? we have 11 students in my sons SVE class with 1 teacher and 1 assistant and 1 unique aide that goes out with the child they are asigned too can someone please give me the rules on this one trying to get more help in our classroom which needs it as my sons IEP says he needs to have a 1-3 ratio teaching.
