Guest guest
Peek A Boo posts have been repeated as far back as 2004 here. I looked it up. I honestly think it's come up in different contexts regarding the type of pain some of us suffer, if not all of us suffer. These are those annoying, never in the same place twice, type pains. You tell me what you think. I've heard a lot of you say you do suffer these types of pain. I'm glad that we're not alone, even if our peek-a- boos aren't the same. Guest guest
OK, sorry . Guess us newbies weren't that up to date. It was just recently mentioned them. They do drive us all nuts from time to time. Jeanne in WI Peek A Boo posts have been repeated as far back as 2004 here. I looked it up. Guest guest
, You know what I'm noticing? And I asked a lady at church who also suffers from fibro and has been dx'd longer than me and it happens to her too - yesterday morning (Sunday) I woke up feeling as though my right foot was sprained, ligaments torn, etc. just like an injury I had over 20 years ago! I had no choice but to get up, take a darvocet and just be " up " without being able to put my weight on my foot! It was most bizarre and then once it started raining, I was able to walk again. This is singularly the strangest, most topsy-turvy disease I have ever encountered! Today my rt shoulder aches from an old bowling injury! We have a cold front coming in.....lol... So yes, I believe in peek-a-boo pains! Darlene > > Peek A Boo posts have been repeated as far back as 2004 here. I looked > it up. Guest guest
OOh, that's exactly what I'm talking about, Darlene! Yes, it's like when my right foot goes buggy, nineteen years ago now I fell in a gopher hole, my right leg, all the way to my crotch and splaying my left leg behind me, which, trust me, hurts like you don't want to know what. Ever since, I have had horrible pain in my right foot and leg occasionally. I never know when it's coming, it just gets me and tells me I'm not walking anywhere. I get the same crud from my back, since I did not one, but three numbers on it in a three year time span and then repeated myself six years afterwards just by giving birth. I was a wreck, let me tell you, so I watch the back and the leg a lot. It's those pains that come back at me, without warning, without cinsideration of where I am or what I'm doing, my peek-a-boo pains often stem directly from them. I despise this chaos so much sometimes I wish I could get people outside this world I suffer in to understand. I really do wish. A. Guest guest
My gosh , does that sound painful. It must have hurt for days. I can surely see why that pain would come back on you. It makes me cringe just to think about it. I'm sorry it's still hurting at times. Blessed be Marti wrote: OOh, that's exactly what I'm talking about, Darlene! Guest guest
And I've had a few accidents (nothing major) where I had " whiplash " or mid/low back pain and guess what tenses up and spasms sometimes??? I HATE it! At least now, with the Lyrica, I can handle standing in my kitchen for longer than 10-15 mins at a time before I have to sit down in agony. In other words, I can sort of cook for my family. I may not be able to mop and vacuum (the spasms cause me to have to take double the meds....lol....leaving me loopy) but I can cook for my family and do laundry!!! Or at least try. And , that accident sounds as painful as mine on the ice was! (((Hugs))) Darlene > > > > > > Peek A Boo posts have been repeated as far back as 2004 here. I > > looked > > > it up.
