Doreen,

I believe my aunt does her quilting both by hand and machine; there

are adaptations you can add to your machine (I think) that make it

possible without tearing it up. I would google it....lol....and see

what you find because you may not be able to hand quilt any more, but

may find another way to enjoy something you thought you wouldn't be

able to do any more! Good luck!
