Guest guest
Check out the Talk about Curing Autism (TACA) web site as it has a starters guide to the GFCF diet. Whole foods has a great selection of GFCF foods. As far as price, all specialty foods are expensive so you are going to run into price problems everywhere you go. I get some of my foods from publix, winn-dixie, whole foods, and even wal-mart has a GFCF section now. I love to use Amazon.com as well as they have tons of GFCF foods, and they offer free shipping. This is a big deal to me as I live way down south in the Keys and shipping is usually more expensive for me. The allergy free shop in Miami is a great resource as well. All of their foods and products are GFCF. Start at the TACA web site, and then go from there. Good Luck, it is not easy, but very necessary.
