Guest guest
I plan on purchasing this product because I've heard from many women it's helped them control the yeast problem....I too share that problem. For the past few days, my inner labia has been itching, although I haven't itched the area. I took a Claritin which usually helps and one Diflucan pill in case its yeast. I've checked on amazon.com and I saw two different pink bottles, one is pink and peach, the other pink and white, which one is the correct bottle? If someone could inform which it is that'd be great. **
Guest guest
Jarrow is the brand I think you're referring to. Whole Foods Market has the pink and white box (which is 5 billion cfu... excellent dosage for yeast). I understand the dosage is one capsule per day, building up to 2 per day. Watch for yeast die-off (discharge, flu-like symptoms, headache) - this is what is supposed to happen as the yeast starts fighting to stay in your system and begins dying. Guest guest
I used to suffer from yeast infections all the time and Femdophilus has helped prevent them. Plus, I've replaced bread with yeast-free bread (in the frozen section of Whole Foods) and cut down sugar intake. Guest guest
Yes, Jarrow is the brand I'm referring to. There's not a Whole Foods Market in my town, so I'll just order it online and its probably cheaper that way. Jarrow has two different pink bottles or am I mistaken? Femdophilus which color bottle? Guest guest
I've only ever seen the one that's pink and white at Whole Foods, but I'm sure you're right. http://www.jarrow.com/product.php?prodid=391 From: bayareaprincess23 <caliprincess2369@ aol.com>Subject: Femdophilus which color bottle? To: VulvarDisorders@ yahoogroups. comDate: Thursday, August 28, 2008, 6:15 PM I plan on purchasing this product because I've heard from many women it's helped them control the yeast problem....I too share that problem. Guest guest
I've read that some women insert it vaginally as well. It makes sense, have you tried or heard of using it that way? Guest guest
it is fine to use femdophilus vaginally. (the canadian researcher who developed the formulation was contacted with this question and said there's absolutely no problem.)i've inserted it in its capsule, but more recently have switched to emptying the contents and mixing them in a small amount of virgin coconut oil and inserting with my finger.i also take it orally.hollisOn Thu, Aug 28, 2008 at 6:26 PM, caliprincess2369@... wrote:I've read that some women insert it vaginally as well.
