Guest guest
I am sorry to hear that. I will think of you, and pray for him. Hopefully if he is a otherwise active 82 yr old things will be ok. I don't if this will help or make u worry more but am taking the chance. My g mother at 83 was diagnoised with breast/ lung cancer, but the dr. informed her and my mother that it was a slow moving type that she did not need to worry of it killing her at her age. They did have her do some radiation treatments though, which she breezed through, she even drove herself to one of them, my mother had a fit when she told her, but my g.mother did not see what the big deal it was! Hope he gets through it ok. Don't worry to much and try and stay calm until you hear back the results. Sharon Jeanne and Dave wrote: My 82 yr. old dad is in the VA Hospital in Milwaukee. They found some spots on a cat scan of his lungs. So they will be doing further testing on those, and also a heart catheterization. Please, if you are a praying person, keep us in your prayers. I am so scared. I have strong faith, I've just never had to deal with very much death before. Jeanne in SE WI
