Guest guest
My worst experiences with placing IV needles all happened when I was dehydrated. The ultimate was 11 sticks in an ER. I was really dried up. My advice is if you know you are going to get poked, drink lots of fluid, up to the last minute you can. You can usually drink plain water until 6 hours before some procedures, and even closer for others. That keeps your veins big and juicy, even for small veins like mine. This is another way to be proactive in your own care. We are not completely at the mercy of the medical community, we can help ourselves some of the time. Take Care MizKit Start the year off right.
