Yep. I woke up this morning from what little sleep I could get... now it is

like bronchitis and horrible sinus. YUCK. I did call in sick. I usually don't

like to do that.. but hey at some point your body says " enough " .

Thanks so much sweetie. Don't know what I would do without the wonderful

people here.

love ya,

Debra V.

I have never been so fogged in my life. Don't know what brought it on so damn

bad. I can hardly think today. I am taking tomorrow off most likely. I feel like

I am in some other world. As I sit here it is like I am not really here. (sounds

crazy as hell). I am going to lay down and hope I sleep and that the sleep

actually helps. I believe that the cough I have had for the last couple of days

is interrupting what little amount of rested sleep I get. I keep waking up in

the middle of the night with the cough. I am soooo tired. I took some Mucinex DM

and hope it quiets this crap for the night so I can sleep.

I don't even think I should have been driving today much less trying to work

like this.

I have NEVER felt such a horrible fog and exhaustion. Feels like I have not been

to bed in a week.

love and hugs to you all,

Debra V.

Hi Debra,

I'm glad you called in sick. You surely do sound like you need it. Your body

needs rest to conquer the branchitis and sinus problems you have. Do you think

you need an antibiotic? Maybe you should go to the doctor.

I hope you feel better soon,

Blessed be,

Marti
