This does sound like what has been causing all your pain for these past

years. Have you gone to your gyno doctor about this? I really don't

know what it is, but like most of us on this site, we are all

experiencing severe pain and discomfort in the vulvar region.

Do you see redness or fissures or splitting of the skin in the area? I

see redness in mine and have found out that it is Lichen Planus which is

a cousin to LS. I have terrible pain in that area when I have an

episode.

You need to go to your doctor for evaluation.
