Guest guest
I would like to thank all you wonderful ladies that have welcomed me so nicely. I try to have a good outlook especially since I want my hubby to feel comfort not like he's a burden. It does get hard at times. Especially when I want to go see my kids and grandkids that are 1 hour away. I just can't up and go as most people can. I have to make sure Mark has all he needs ready for him and that someone will come over to help him. I can leave for about 1 1/2 hours with out to much worry. Our biggest thing right now is our dog has a broken foot. So we have to take her out on a leach instead of letting her use the doggie doors. So I am out in the cold about 8 times a day, and that includes middle of the night , too. Mark can take her out, but I have to get him dressed, put Sasha's boot on. By that time I could already be done. But I do let him take her after work and before bed. He goes to sleep about 8pm. So when I usually have freedom while he is at work, these past 7 weeks I have none. I have to get this parents to come once a week so I can go to PT. My other appointments are after work. So my day never ends. But to complain would make Mark feel helpless. There is so little he can do to help around here. But that is what our marriage is all about, being there for each other. I am blessed with a kind and loving man. He knows how much pain I am in, hates to see it, but can't help to relieve it. So I try to do what I can to help myself. I have had to give up water pt until Sasha's leg is healed. They arn't open at night. So it's been a crazy life around here. I hope you have a wonderful day!
