I take one before I go to sleep because taking it during the day upsets my digestive sytem. But it would be the same if I had milk or yogurt or anything dairy.

At night, it doesn't bother me.

I only take one pill, have not advanced to the recommended two a day.

It has made a big difference in preventing yeast infections and other problems in my case.

I read that it contains traces of casein, which is troubling because I'm lactose intolerant. Although, I figure if the benefits outweigh the risks then I'm not going to stop taking it.
