Guest guest Posted January 10, 2006 Report Share Posted January 10, 2006 Hey all, I was just searching around for something to eat for breakfast this morning, and i was thinking about the questions someone (i dont know who, sorry) had about breakfast ideas. Here's an idea--remember being a child and saying you couldn't wait to be a grownup and eat whatever you want, whenever you want? before ww, i had no problem eating leftover pizza, cake, icecream, whatever, for breakfast. my roomate (not on ww) ate cheesecake for breakfast before working out with me the other day. i guess my point is, try thinking outside the " breakfast " box. sometimes i make a chicken sandwhich for breakfast, or a quesadilla, or whatever i'm hungry for. eating " lunch " or " dinner " points during " breakfast " time won't make any difference in your weight loss. i dont know. sometimes it works for me when i can't figure out what to eat. laura 252/216/152 Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

Or 1 make one egg (over easy) & put it between 2 slices of toasted light bread. (maybe a slice of FF cheese).
