Just read this and am glad to see of someone who has tried this. My

Dr. thinks it is time I try one of these Meth. or Oxcycontin, which I think I

was given back about 6 yrs ago for an injury, and the pharmacist warned me that

it would not only work, but I would me mush on the couch and have no pain. Well

it did not get rid of the pain, and from what has happened to some I am glad I

did not become addicted. I do know it takes a high dose of anything to begin to

work. I have not tried the Methadone, I don't know if I want to either, yet I

know I am taking to many vicodin now per day, which though aren't working except

to take the edge off, and allow me to move once in my system. Did you feel this

effect on your first dose of the methodone? Did you find out why you reacted

to this? allergic, or just to strong for you or something else. I don't what to

do, if they insist this be my next drug, as nothing is cutting the pain, and I

have never been so without power

to do anything because of this 24/7 no sleep pain. Thanks for your input on

experience of Medthodone. Take Care, and hope brighter days ahead;

Yes i have used methadone and I vowed never to use anything even close

to it again. I couldn't eat, I quit talking and was literally in a daze. Granted

I didn't hurt and only took 1 pill a day 5mg versus what the dr. prescribed.

which was 4 a day. Went he doubled it to 10 it sent me over the top and they

didn't think I'd make it. One dr said he was suprised it didn't burn up my

brain. I live in Las Vegas and in the last year 68 people that were prescriped

methadone died. I would really check into it first. Maybe it wouldn't do that to

you but please check out all you need to know about that drug.

God bless.
