My doctors, the records, the spinal xrays, something must have proved to them that I was disabled and I did get back pay to Sept. 2005 since I hadn't filed earlier. Don't know how that happened and most people have been shocked. All I can say is that Allsup must have really played the game well with the adjudicator --- when they asked the same question on the inital form multiple times, the representative from Allsup caught it and just cut and pasted the previous answer. I only really spoke to the adjudicator 2 times, first time I told him to call Allsup and second time I told him where I had had xrays of my spine done (they must have been so bad that he decided he didn't want to put up with me and Allsup any more) And I had been just certain that I had mouthed off to the psychologist they sent me to that he would have said I was very competent.
