Guest guest
I applied last year for SSI and was turned down. I have checked out Binder and Binder and a few other attorneys that say they take on Social Security cases, but each of them have said that they do SS Disability, not SSI. Does anyone know what I can do to find an attorney who takes on SSI cases? Thank you for your help. Guest guest
Debi, If you have worked for a while and have the right number of work credits you can go for SSDI (this is for those that paid in to the system over a certain amount of time). But check with Allsup to see if they do SSI only cases. Kristy Co-Owner ________________________________________________________________________________\ ____ Never miss a thing. They, Binder and Binder, told me that it has been too long since I worked for me to be able to go for SSDI, so I have to go SSI. I will check with Allsup. Thank you very much.
