Guest guest Posted January 26, 2008 Report Share Posted January 26, 2008 With no involvement of the large bile ducts visible in the PTC, but with increasing Alk Phos and bili along with signs of scarring on the biopsy, indications seem to point to very early recurrent PSC. But first other possible causes need to be ruled out. 's transplant doctors may have all the information they need or may need more test or to try other med to see how he responds before coming to a definite diagnosis.
