Seeking BCBA’s- Reveresco (ABA Therapy) Job description: We are seeking highly qualified Behavior Analysts who will work well within our team concept and become part of a team that holds high standards for the services we provide to help our clients reach their highest successes. Duties and Responsibilities · Development of behavior treatment programs/verbal behavior programs. · Conducting functional assessments. · Developing reinforcement systems. · Development and management of data collection systems. · Monitoring the implementation of behavior treatment programs. · Assisting with the training and orientation of behavior therapists, and other service staff. · Participation in case conferences · Assisting in communication with families and agency representatives. · Providing in home and center based ABA services Qualifications: · Master's degree in behavior analysis, psychology, or related discipline. · BACB certification. · Criminal background screening. · Ability to communicate with and provide direct assistance to individuals with and without disabilities. · Superior behavior analytical skills · Excellent interpersonal skills Effective verbal and written communication skills · Effective organizational skills · Must practice confidentiality · Work well with teams (staff, funding agencies, families, and clinical consultants) · Work independently with initial direction · Must maintain highest standard of ethics Schedule: The candidate must be able to work a minimum of 15-30 hrs per week flexible schedule/must be available at least 3 afternoons from 3:00-7:00 Pay/Benefits Salary commensurate with experience ALSO SEEKING....Seeking Behavior Therapists- Reveresco (ABA Therapy) Job description: We are seeking part-time positions for teaching language and academic skills to children with/without disabilities using the methods of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA). We provide extensive training and supervision to ensure competence. (Board certification supervision available- inquire within) Duties and Responsibilities Primary job duties include (all of the following activities are completed under the direction and supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst and may require travel): Implementing language and academic programs Collecting individual progress data Maintaining program books Creating teaching materials Discussing session progress with parents Ongoing discussions with BCBA about clients Qualifications: At least 2 years of college Experience working with children Criminal background screening.
