Guest guest
As we approach the elections next month, I unfortunately have been out of the loop on the candidates running and whether any of them have any positions regarding autism and helping those with developmental disabilities. If anyone has any info on this, please share with me. Feel free to email me offlist if needed. Thanks. AP

Guest guest
Could you be more specific? What has these individuals done or at least tried to do for those with developmental disabilities? Thanks! I have spoken several times to Ellyn Bogdanoff who has been a huge supporter for persons with disabilities and I would encourage everyone to support her in lieu of Skidmore. Ellyn has worked on the insurance bill as well as the anti bullying legislation. Both of these bills have supported persons with disabilities. From: sList <sList >To: sList <sList >Sent: Thu Oct 14 16:15:29 2010Subject: RE: Upcoming Elections and Autism Could you be more specific? Guest guest
http://tinyurl.com/3y6y98dhttp://tinyurl.com/3y6y98dI am confused-I found this on Bogdanoff that clearly states that she did NOT support anti bullying for children with mental disabilities. Did her position change? I am open to all candidates at this point but personally have not had success with Bogdanoff each time I asked for help on disability issues. Also, she refused to support the original Restraint Bill that provided protections to our kids. I did not know she was on our side- can someone provide other information so I can make a good decision? Thanks, Subject: RE: Upcoming Elections and AutismTo: deniseslist Date: Thursday, October 14, 2010, 3:14 PM Sink and Lorann Ausley have a history as well "Determine that the thing can and shall be done, and then we shall find the way." & nb To: sList From: badillo9@...Date: Thu, 14 Oct 2010 14:32:16 -0400Subject: Re: Upcoming Elections and Autism Skidmore in Palm Beach is a great supporter for disabilities....
