I have a copy that you can have. I'll mail it to you. Just send me

It is an older copy which has a really pretty cover painting

(Impressionist era?) of a lady in a hat sitting on the grass.

Thanks for everyone's help! It wasn't in stock yet but I ordered a

copy of the cookbook on amazon last night, along with a couple of

other books.

The latest version is Version Two, published in 2005. Version Three is in the works. You may order it here. I have Version Two and love it! Much better than Version One.
