I have some that expired about...6 months ago that i barely used and

i'm trying to get in the habit of taking care of myself again and

focusing on treatment. I really don't want to pay 60 something dollars

for a new prescription though so i was wondering if anyone knew

whether it was still ok to use or whether it was still effective.

Thanks!

I am not sure, but my lidocaine which is compounded in crisco lasts for

months without a decrease in effectiviness. I only use it when needed

and it lasts for me just hanging out in my purse. I do not know about

estradiol.

My lidocaine expired over a year ago because I don't use it anymore but

kept it just in case. They used it as a topical numbing agent when I

gave birth two months ago before they did my stitches - it definitely

still works or I would have felt a lot more!
