It is used for when one gets an email asking your to cash checks from foreign countries. IF you forward the email to the address above, it helps stop this from going on. I fell for one of those once thinking I was getting job opportunity from the way the email was written and before I deposited the check, I asked the bank if it was legal. It was stolen. I have reported them through Atty general site here in my state also a site to put in complaint, but still getting them most coming out of Africa. Thankyou for this site as I can't stand them.
