They had diagnosed me with that not much after I had been told I had arthralgia. Re: New to group/Jeanne from Angie in AZ I looked up the definition of Arthralgia and it is really not a combination of fibromyalgia and arthritis. According to the medical dictionary arthralgia means: Pain in the joints. There are many possible causes of pain in a joint. The Greek " algos " means " pain.
