Sharon,

I am feeling a little bit better. It helped that the provider I saw

last night called and then called again when he didn't get me the

first time to see how I was doing. He understood that I was upset

with the pulmonologist (who I called and had to leave a msg for as

far as what the PCP was doing) and said he was working all weekend in

case it flared again. He knows the hospital is NOT an option! I'll

go up there every day if I have to to get the stupid IV steroids just

to avoid that nightmare!

I usually don't have pity parties.....lol....I truly don't. I'm one

of those glass is half full kind of gals. I think its all the 'roids

messing with me. I'm not in a lot of pain from the fibro (thank GOD!)

but the fact that my memory is for the birds bothers me; I have to

write everything down (which makes everyone think I'm organized, but

I'm not....lololol....just trying to keep from forgetting stuff!). I

guess with all this respiratory stuff, I keep thinking " I'm doing

what they tell me, taking breathing treatments 4x a day, all my meds,

etc. etc., staying in when its nasty, cold, blah blah blah and I

STILL get sick! " So it is frustrating.

But on the upside, I've made 2 more potholders for our Missionettes

to sell for their " Smile Train " project that will help cleft palate

kids get the surgery they need. When I put things in perspective like

that, well, my lot isn't so bad, you know?

(((Hugs))))

Darlene

P.S. Plus, some of the stuff I recently ordered came in...lol...that

always makes me happy!
