Navigating and understanding the school system

My 4 y.o daughter with severe autism is now verbal and communicating. She is

very smart and has demonstrated precise photographic memory . She is also

reading and is in her second year of preschool. She has become very frustrated

with the program she is in and as a result is demonstrating increasing

unfavorable behavior.

I would like to know if there is a program in the school system that is

specifically designed to meet the needs of unique individuals like her. Also, I

need help with her IEP to match her uniqueness.

I am not sure...is she in the public school system (that is, placed in the appropriate special needs class?) or

is she in a private preschool? My son could not have survived in the private sector without lots of extra assistance and

special ed. teachers....
