Guest guest Posted December 20, 2011 Report Share Posted December 20, 2011 A groundbreaking Consent Decree approved today in Federal Court will end the forced, long-standing and unnecessary segregation of people with physical disabilities and mental illness living in nursing homes. The agreement in Colbert v.
