Guest guest
I'm just wondering if anyone has had any luck with a dairy-free diet in lowering their LFTs. My LFTs have become elevated again and the only changes that have occured in that time are (1) going off my dairy- free diet and (2) the return of ovulation. Sorry if TMI, but since we discuss BM around here I figured menstrual cycles are free game to discuss. I'm beginning to wonder if my dairy-free diet helped in the LFT dept. Or maybe it's just coincidence. (Just a note: I went dairy- free due to my daughter's allergy to dairy. I think I've mentioned before that I'm still nursing her.) Thanks for any information you can give me! Suzanna Crohns 1994, PSC 11/1997
