Guest guest
> Becky Steffaic: Someone more informed and able to give advice and info will get to you soon. In the meantime continue being an advocate and prayers and good luck to you both. You might want to tell us where you are and what transplant center he is listed. I know many here have registered at more than one transplant center. Or...You can just do like me when I wasn't satisfied with Bob's care here in our town I just got a plane and flew him to Mayo's in Rochester.I delivered him to the emergency room and it probably saved his life. Maybe someone will suggest somewhere closer to you. Another suggestion for temporary help is if the hosp. wants to just do what they call here " crisis control " and release your husband scream " unsafe Discharge " and get someone in administration on your side. I am a little (ok, alot) assertive when I feel my husband isn't being treated as I feel he should. A good example is when the GI could not get the ERCP completed here the doctors at Mayo had developed their own scope for people like my husband (Complicated is the word they use here in town repeatedly). Hang in there. Dee'wife of Bob Psc-ileo > >
