Guest guest
Charter Schools DO have to follow IEP's. Private Schools, even McKay Schools, do NOT. Typically a private school plan is a collaboration between the parents and the school, but when opting for private school it is buyer beware as they are not bound by IDEA or IEP's. Guest guest
Hello Kazimiera, As part of IDEA the public schools are funded to provide certain services to private and even home schooled disabled students. In Broward you can look here: http://www.broward.k12.fl.us/studentsupport/ese/html/pssqna.html I hope this is helpful Steve > > > Â > >can any one share information on private school plans. do they replace an IEP? > > > > >
