Msg to group: URGENT NEED OF RESPITE (paid by Medicaid)

Good afernoon, Group:

1) Does anyone know how to use Medicaid to pay for respite?

2) Can anyone recommend an agency in Aventura? My son, , 20yo, high-functioning autistic, just started attending "Easter Seals" Culinary Program which he loves very much.

However, I am now facing a "HUGE" challenge with his transportation! He is enrolled in both STS (Miami) and Topps (Broward), however, each one has a limitation as far as borderline concerns.

We live in Dania Beach, and STS will only go as far as AVENTURA! He would have to wait for Topps in Aventura (that is why I am looking for respite, or an afterschool in the area), so Topps can pick him up from there, and bring him back home.

Any help will be appreciated!
