Guest guest
Is anyone else having trouble scheduling an appointment? We saw the dentist there every six months like clockwork, then someone called and cancelled Noah's appointment, and when we called back to re-schedule, the phone number had changed. I left a number of messages on several numbers, with no call back. Someone posted a phone number here on the list , so I called today, sat through a loooong recording which said, among other things, there would be a 3-week wait for someone to get back to me to make an appointment, and then at the end of the message, it said that the mailbox was full and could not accept any more messages. Guest guest
Try . I also called the superviser - Caroline Rojas () but not sure if she is still there. They had another person leave with no notice and they are scrambling again to train someone. We were just there a week ago. Guest guest
They had a table at the Disability Expo at Signature Grand and the staff was so enthusiastic about the special needs dental program. Maybe too enthusiastic? To: sList Sent: Wed, October 27, 2010 1:18:50 PMSubject: Re: Broward: Special Needs Dental Clinic at Nova Yes. That is what I ended up doing also. Guest guest
Hi If you are looking for a special needs dentist, Dr. Urbino serves all ages, children through the elderly, with in office sedation, or hospital general anesthesia if needed. The office is Special Care Dentistry of Miami Beach. The website is www.scdentistry.com The office is next to Mt Sinai, he takes most insurances and Medicaid. Best of luck!
