I had tried them, as well and the same thing happened to me. To the point that I couldn't wait anymore because I didn't know if my daughter was having pain or not and did not want her to suffer, so I ended up paying for her dental work at a private practice.... Very dissapointed on the Nova system... The concept is great, but what's the point, if they cannot even follow up with a phone call?Mónica
