A 15-year-old girl was admitted in April 2004 owing to

fatigue and loss of appetite. Her paediatrician

had found elevated serum levels for alkaline phosphatase. The endoscopic retrograde cholangiography documented typical signs of primary sclerosing Cholangitis………………
